Whenever I want to play something the media player screen comes up. Is there any way to keep the focus on the directory while selecting other files to play? For example I'm here in my documents and want to switch between an mp3 called black bitch and one with no name. I want the player to handle the audios leaving me free to browse and switch between files in the folder. You know, so I don't have to alt tab back to it every time. Help me, please? If you can give me an answer that works, I'll rap a biggy song for you in a voice you've never heard before and probably would never like to hear again.
No. You could play the files in side the media player instead os selecting them from another source or folder. That way you've only got the one window open.
When you select it from a different place, your default player opens.
You could always go into its shortcut properties and set it to open in a
minimised state. In practice I don't know if this will leave your directory of files
in the foreground but it's probably worth a shot.
BTW I meant the desktop shortcut for the player, rather than for the file.
